Primrose Schools comes to east Allen courtesy of Paul and Kamela Niemyski, who will be on-site owners. The school is under construction and is slated to open this October. It will provide care for children six weeks thru private pre-K and an after school program for children up to twelve. The school will be located at 1604 East Exchange Pkwy.
