The Law Offices of Arthur K. Smith moved to the Allen area almost five years ago to better serve the local community. "I enjoy practicing in the community where I live, and being able to provide personal service to my clients. When you call my firm during business hours, your call will be answered by a courteous member of my staff," says Arthur Smith.
He prides himself on providing superior legal services to local businesses and to individuals who cannot afford downtown Dallas firms. After graduating from Colgate University and with a law degree from the University of Virginia, Arthur K. Smith began his law career in Dallas with a large firm. Nine years later he formed his own firm that specializes in handling lawsuits involving business disputes and personal injuries. For many years and still today, his firm counts many national corporations among its clients, including Home Depot and Simon Malls. After practicing in Dallas for 18 years Smith moved his firm to Allen. The firm has now expanded to a total of five attorneys including Smith.
The fields of practice supporting local clients include: Divorce, Child Support, Child Custody, Modifications of Child Support or Custody, Enforcement, Complex Property Disputes and Personal Injury.
